There is more than one way to begin at Handle With Care Ranch.

Horse Time, Groundwork, and Riding

Some people come to spend quiet time with a horse. Some want to learn groundwork or riding skills. Others are looking for coaching, movement, mindfulness, or a meaningful group experience. Explore the pathways below, or schedule a conversation if you are unsure where to start.

Horse Time & Connection

Available now

A gentle introduction for someone who wants to spend meaningful time with a horse without committing to a lesson or longer program.

Depending on the participant and horse, the experience may include observation, grooming, quiet connection, or a simple guided activity. No previous horse experience is necessary.

$50per session

Guided Groundwork

Available now

A guided groundwork experience focused on communication, awareness, boundaries, and partnership with a horse.

Participants learn to notice body language, adjust their position and energy, and communicate with greater clarity. Activities are adapted to experience level and do not require riding.

$85per session

Beginner Horsemanship & Riding

Interest list

An individual session combining foundational horse care, safe handling, groundwork, and introductory mounted skills when appropriate.

The horse’s readiness, participant safety, weather, and arena conditions determine whether mounted work is included in a particular session.

$75planned

Listed only after this service is ready to accept bookings.

Available offerings are scheduled through a 15-minute consultation until each service has its own booking link. That conversation is not a Horse Time, Groundwork, or Riding Appointment.
